" 7-13-10. It is with great sadness that I had to let Glory cross over the bridge this morning. My heart is aching. I miss her so much. We chose to let her go in dignity before her problems became to severe. Old age is not a good thing. She did a lot for us in her 9 years here on earth and did the breed proud. She was a once in a lifetime dog. Sleep softly my "Glorious Girl".

" Glory just went to Indianapolis 11-12-2006 and received her 3rd Rally Novice leg. Now on to TDX and rally advanced!

" Glory's puppies were born on January 4th, 2007. We had 5 puppies. 3 girls and 2 boys. All are brindle except one fawn girl. See puppy pictures elsewhere on this site. There are no puppies available out of this litter.

" Glory Just had an exciting breeding. She was be bred to Diamond Danes Tall Dark Handson (Hudson). This will be a very nice tight linebreeding and should produce some excellent fronts, heads, toplines and movement. We should probably have all brindles. So if you are interested in a very nice brindle contact us soon to be put on the waiting list. This litter was just confirmed by ultrasound to have at least 7 puppies! These puppies will be futurity nominated for 2007. See the litter page for more information.

" Glory has an exciting breeding coming up next summer. She will be bred to KBHV02/DKCH/SCH/NORDCH/INTCH/KBHV03/Diplomatic�s Umberto Di Visconti.We have gotten frozen semen from the Blaahom kennel in Denmark. Thank you so much Ole, Tove, Camilla and Carsten for entrusting us with this wonderful semen. Watch the litters page for more information as time gets closer. These puppies will be futurity nominated and depending on when they are born as to which year they will be nominated. We tried this breeding in the summer of 2006 and did not get any puppies. So we will breed her naturlly to see what we get and then go back to Holger after that.

On May 20, 2006 Glory earned her Canadian Championship. She went BOS over another bitch special. Then the following day she went BOS again over other bitches.

On April 9th, 2006 Glory earned her "TD" title giving her a title at the other end of her name finally. So now she is a well balanced dog! Tori also eared her TD the same day also giving her a VCD 1 title. Good going girls!

In December of 2005 Glory went to Canada again and got WB BOW for another 3 points. 2 more points to go and she will a Canadian Champion also!

Glory went to Canada for the first time on September 17th and 18 of 2005. She won the competitive BBE class both days with very good competition. Then on Sunday under Eric Ringle she won WB BOW and then got an AOM over all the other specials!! So now she has 5 points toward her Canadian Championship. Hopefully we can make another trip up to finish her CH some time soon.

Glory is doing tracking, Rally and obedience. We are going to try the natural approach this time and Glory will not have her ears cropped. Glory earned her first 2 points at 6 1/2 months old in Witchita KS under Garry Newton. On mothers day weekend Glory earned 2 more points under Patrick Doniere and Roger Hartinger, and most recently under Betty Lewis giving her a total of 5 points. This is just the beginning. Les Mapes just gave Glory 2 more points in Gardner Kansas. As of 5-9-03 Glory has garnered 6 RWB wins in the last 3 weekends. 4 of those were major reserves!
Glory went to Bloomington Illinois Memorial Day weekend and did pretty well. She got Reserve winners bitch under Robert Vandiver and then went Best In Match at the dane match under Jennifer Trischler Jacobs. Then on Memorial day she earned a 4 point major under Jay Richardson. Then the next weekend we went to Colorado where she earned another 4 point major under Jill Swedlow. Then another major reserve under Stuart Rogell and then the next day a big finish under Nikki Riggsbee with another 3 point major!! So Glory finished with 3 majors breeder/owner handled at 20 months old. She is our second natural eared dane to finish owner handled.



Glory had her first litter out of AM CAN INT Ch Diamond Danes Full Moon Rising. They were born December 2, 2004. As of the end of 2005 we have 2 puppies from this litter who are pointed from the puppy class. Watch for her puppies to be shown in the summer of 2006. Currently as of the end of 2006, We have 2 major pointed and two who have single points. Once only needs 2 singles to finish his CH.

" Glory wins 3 BOB and 2 group 2's at the International Dog shows in June of 2005. Then she won 4 BIS BBE wins and made a clean sweep!!

" Glory won BOB at the Kansas City specialty in April of 2004 under Vince Mulligan making her champion number 3 to be a BISS Danemark/Diamond Dane!!

" Glory won the BBE bitch class at the 2002 national specialty in Kentucky!! She also place 4th in the 12-15 month bitch class in the futurity.

" Glory just went to the International shows at Purina June 22 and 21st 2003. She came home with 3 group 1 BBE and a regular BOB and group 2 and became an International Champion!!

" This year at the 2003 national in Orlando Glory made it till the very final cut for BOB! She also earned her CGC during that week. I am very proud of our girl. In her very limited specials career so far she has several BOB's and a group 3!!
